The Yahel education system includes those aged 0-18 and provides a professional, high-quality and warm framework for all those who are educated in it.

The Yahel education system operates according to the principles of collective education and is based on the values of closeness to nature, creativity, community, education for independence, responsibility, mutual help and cooperation. We place emphasis on addressing and addressing each child's unique needs. The teams are composed of professionals with knowledge and experience who receive advanced training in their field. In addition, all teams receive continuous professional pedagogical guidance according to different ages and needs.

Early childhood

The early childhood framework includes 3 children’s homes: a nursery (ages 0-1.5 years), a nursery for ages 1.5-3, and an adult kindergarten for ages 3-6.
The nursery is led by a certified infant caregiver, the nursery is led by a professional and experienced caregiver at a high level, and the nursery and kindergarten are led by certified kindergarten teachers.
The kindergarten is under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and the other children’s homes are under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor.
In all the children’s homes there are different enrichment classes adapted to the age.
The teams are accompanied by pedagogical instructors, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, a speech therapist and a psychologist.
The children’s homes are open all year round from 7:00 to 16:00 and on Fridays until 12:00.

Social education system (informal)

The social education system provides a high-quality, creative and structured informal education framework – “inclusive”.
The frameworks consist of three kollels (grades 1-3, 4-6, 7-12), which operate during the school year from the time of return from school until 16:00 and on vacations between the hours of 8: 00-16: 00, depending on the age-age groups. The graduate holds age-appropriate activities in the afternoon and evening.
Routine activities include group activities in kollels and classes with certified instructors: crafts, ceramics, crafts and football. All classes are held in the kibbutz area.
During the big holiday there is a summer camp rich in experiential activities, travel and trips.
In the seventh grade, a “year of mitzvah” is held, during which the girls and boys hold various tasks and activities, challenging and fun under the guidance of a close instructor, and at the end a joint party is held.
